Return Policy

Returns

We want you to LOVE your Tender Tallow Products! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@tendertallowco.com.

If you would like to return an item, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of placing your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To Initiate A Return:

1. Email support@tendertallowco.com with a subject line "Return Order #XXXXX", and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. We will reply back with further instruction.

2. When sending your product back, please include a copy of your order confirmation email or your order number with your return. Please note that you’ll need to cover the shipping costs for any returned items. 

3. Once we receive the returned product we will issue you an in-store credit via a gift card.

We can only allow returns for purchases placed through www.TenderTallowCo.com. Any product purchased at a retail location or through one of our distributors will not be considered for return and must be handled by that location.

*Important Note About Tender Tallow Everything Cream*

Tender Tallow Everything Cream may arrive in a melted or liquid state, especially during warmer weather. Please be assured that this doesn’t affect the quality of the product. Refunds cannot be issued based solely on the consistency upon arrival.

If your cream arrives melted or liquid, simply place it upright in a cool room or refrigerator. It will solidify back to its intended texture. Rest assured, the quality of the product remains top-notch, even if its consistency is different than expected.

Damaged Items
If you spot any defects or damage when your product arrives, don’t worry—just drop us a line ASAP! We’re here to make things right. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items are not eligible for return. Specifically, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Samples: Since samples are intended for trial purposes, they cannot be returned.

Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will let you know when we receive and inspect your return. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it might take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
